I’m not going to tell my multiple bad experiences with Mathew Moser State Farm, my name is above this review anyone can find me and ask me. But I will say this, I would never and I mean NEVER have State Farm insure anything I own because I have extreme anxiety already and Insurance is supposed to make you feel safe. All of my experiences with Mathew Moser State Farm have caused great amounts of increased anxiety and today when I called to cancel my policy I was told Mathew was not in and I was laughed at by their representative multiple times today. Thank you Lauren. So no I would not use this company and no 55 of the god knows how many people who’s money they take took the time to say something nice for the discount they probably got. Do yourself a favor get cheaper insurance and less anxiety somewhere else where they won’t laugh at you on the phone."

"The Matthew Moser State Farm Team provides exceptional customer support, guidance and care in meeting the needs of their clients. We have been with this group for several years and several a moves with various types of coverage from rental insurance to home owners as well as auto insurance. We had a situation with home coverage being provided for a year with a Home Warranty Plan in 2023. The home warranty provided almost full coverage for a major home repair/replacement. We had one out of pocket expense which was minor compared to the full replacement cost. I met with Matt a year later to review a policy and told him about our home updates. He suggested I file a claim with State Farm to cover the out of pocket costs we incrued. Working with this local agency was awesome and the process of working with the national claims department and the subsidy HVAC group was seamless. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and friendly."
