"There are 57 reviews on here. 55 are good, 2 - 1 star reviews and only 1 by a customer. I’m not going to tell my multiple bad experiences with Mathew Moser State Farm, my name is above this review anyone can find me and ask me. But I will say this, I would never and I mean NEVER have State Farm insure anything I own because I have extreme anxiety already and Insurance is supposed to make you feel safe. All of my experiences with Mathew Moser State Farm have caused great amounts of increased anxiety and today when I called to cancel my policy I was told Mathew was not in and I was laughed at by their representative multiple times today. Thank you Lauren. So no I would not use this company and no 55 of the god knows how many people who’s money they take took the time to say something nice for the discount they probably got. Do yourself a favor get cheaper insurance and less anxiety somewhere else where they won’t laugh at you on the phone."
